Service terms
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These general terms apply unless an accepted proposal, order, statement of work or signed customer agreement states different terms. Customer-specific signed terms take priority where they conflict with these general terms.
Scope
Sustacore provides managed technology services that may include AI workspace administration, API operations, cloud infrastructure, VPS hosting, automation, n8n, integrations, migration and operational support.
Quotes and orders
Prices, setup fees, recurring charges, taxes, usage charges and third-party costs are defined in an accepted quote, order or service agreement. No service is activated solely because it appears in the public catalog.
Third-party products
Third-party services remain subject to their provider’s availability, licensing, usage restrictions and price changes. Sustacore does not represent third-party products as its own.
Billing and payment
Invoices state applicable amounts, taxes and due dates. Available payment methods are described on our Payments & Billing page. International bank transfers may take several business days to clear. Customers who initiate payment before the due date should provide a SWIFT receipt or other acceptable bank confirmation so the invoice can be reviewed as payment pending while settlement is in progress.
Late payment and service continuity
If payment, acceptable proof of transfer or an agreed payment arrangement is not received by the applicable deadline, Sustacore may suspend or restrict affected services subject to the customer agreement and applicable law. Verified in-flight bank transfers will not be treated as unpaid solely because normal settlement is still in progress.
Taxes, withholding and bank charges
Taxes are applied where required and as stated on the invoice. If a customer is legally required to withhold tax, the customer should notify Sustacore before payment and provide any required official withholding certificate. Sending-bank, correspondent-bank, intermediary and foreign-exchange charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for lawful use, authorized users, accurate account information and compliance with service-specific restrictions.
Service changes
Material changes to scope, capacity, integrations or third-party costs may require an updated quote or written approval.
Liability and governing terms
Any negotiated warranty, service level, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions are set by the applicable executed customer agreement or accepted commercial terms. Nothing on this page excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
