Authorized activity
Services must be used only for lawful business purposes and within the customer’s authorization, licenses and applicable provider terms.
Prohibited activity
Customers must not use Sustacore services to distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access, interfere with third-party systems, evade provider restrictions, abuse shared infrastructure, facilitate fraud or host unlawful material.
AI and automation
Customers are responsible for reviewing automated outputs and ensuring workflows do not exceed approved permissions or expose confidential information improperly.
Infrastructure
Resource-intensive workloads, scanning, bulk messaging or unusual network activity may require explicit prior approval because they can affect providers, networks or other customers.
