Privacy notice

Effective date: 1 January 2026. This notice explains how Sustacore Tech LTD handles customer, billing, support and service-management information.

Information handled

We may process account identifiers, contact information, service selections, invoices, receipts, subscription dates, support requests and operational service references required to deliver and manage contracted services.

How we use information

Information is used to provide requested services, maintain customer accounts, administer subscriptions, issue invoices and receipts, support customers, secure the platform and meet contractual or legal obligations.

Third-party services

Where customers request third-party AI, cloud, automation or software services, relevant information may need to be shared with the selected provider under that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

Security

Administrative and customer data is separated from public website content. Sensitive application files are not served publicly, and authenticated areas require account access.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, account administration, support, security, accounting, tax and other applicable legal requirements.

Your privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Some records may need to be retained for contractual, accounting, security or legal reasons.

Cookies and tracking

The public website does not currently use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Essential session or browser storage may be used for authentication, security and customer-portal functionality.
